The love for the land, the animals and the simplicity of the raw materials is what inspires us everyday to create a quality product, using accurate procedures and techniques. These principles have been passed on to us by the long-lasting family tradition of the company, when the female buffalos were called by name, one by one. As of today, we still keep that spirit intact, channeling the experience gained through the years in the creation of excellent dairy products, not renouncing technological innovation for our equipment. Our farm specializes in buffalo breeding, investing its resources in milk quality control, via a process that takes place in three fundamental steps:
  • Choosing the livestock
  • Accurate controls
  • Respecting sanitary and hygienic regulations
Then, the produced buffalo milk goes straight to our dairy farm located in the countryside of Cancello and Arnone, in the area called “Mazzoni”, a real cradle of buffalo farming and transformation and production of Buffalo Mozzarella D.O.P. Our Goal is to bring on the tables of italian people (and those of our foreign friends) all the taste and genuineness of the real Buffalo Mozzarella D.O.P., since we know that a “good life” starts with food. Our dream is to give our clients a pause at the table in which they could talk, relax and share full and authentic tastes; and for that reason we follow every step on of the productive process with extreme care.
